The main equipment includes GKG printing machines, Japanese JUKI surface mount machines, Jintuo 10 temperature zone dual track reflow furnaces, Shenzhou dual track online AOI, and other top tier brands. The daily production capacity of SMT surface mount is 6 million points, and the monthly production capacity is about 200 million points. It can mount 01005, 0201 to LGA, BGA and SiP, POP COC and waferT processes.

R&D design capability and experience

Familiar with processor development such as ARM/MCU, familiar with power supply and power product development, familiar with signal link development such as analog systems, and have experience in developing various interface products; Specific product experience includes game controllers, children's rocking carts, robotic vacuum cleaners, wireless chargers, treadmill drivers, mid-range cold and hot compress instruments, LED displays, POS machines, power banks, and battery protection boards, among others.
